By public transport

Arriving at Brussels airport:
The Airport City Express leaves from within the airport building (floor -2) and takes you to one of the main stations in Brussels (subsequently Noord/Nord, Centraal/Central and Zuid/Midi), where you can switch to one of the many intercity trains (IC trains) to "Gent-Sint-Pieters", Ghent's main railway station. Some trains run directly from the airport to "Gent-Sint-Pieters".

From the railway station Gent St-Pieters to the conference venue:

  • BY TRAM
Trams are leaving in front of the railway station, at the left side of the building. Take tram 1 (every 6 minutes). Go off at the stop called "Gent Verlorenkost", from where you can walk to the venue: continue till the crossroads and take the street "Josef Plateaustraat", after 400m (at the end of the street) you will arrive at the University Forum.
  • BY BUS
Busses are leaving in front of the railway station. Take line 70, 71, 72, 76, 77 or 78 (stop “Gent Zuid perron 4”). After 200m you will be arriving at the University Forum.
